It is as dark as pitch yet the lark in the air reveals it is about to begin
The whoosh of the wind
The cry from the cockerels
Anticipation for a new day
The intention is joy
The feeling peace

As Venus introduces the dawn
The stars twinkle and dance one more time before they head into their next performance
They are starring with the moon in their own show of night for those gathering in the next hemisphere
Slowly you are shown the first light
Teasing you with the shadows on the horizon
Colours are starting to form
Hues of azul , tinged with pink, the grey wisps of clouds form pictures of legends and mystery
Outlining the thoughts of millennia
The dreams of ancestors and wishes of the future
As the sun warms up beneath the skyline
Crimson curtains are drawn back
Emerging with purple robes
There is nothing as dramatic as the sun ready to take center stage
You feel the energy, the power
The relentless pride of purpose
Without fail, the sun will rise again
It does not rush, it needn't
Nature knows the rhythm of life and love
There is a place for everything
Teaching patience, peaceful
Perfection
Sometimes sharing the stage with the performers of the day
Clouds, storms, wind and rain
What a show
Never the same
Never ever giving up on you
As the golden skies begin to sparkle
In the sky and on the seas
The love is given freely
Touching that which lays before them
