It is time for the women world over to be
The solution this planet so desperately needs
Especially for those who are hearing the call
To be more, to give more, to love life and have all
For women like you are far more likely to see
More similar traits than differences be
Between those who feel conflict, war, anger, and fear
They can understand, empathise, listen and hear
They can step into the shoes of those mothers who strive
To feed, clothe and house those who fear for their lives
Their innermost plea is for comfort and peace
And now willing to fight for all conflict to cease
By fight, they mean conquer with words and compassion
Encourage girls over the world to be warrior fashioned
With strength their new mantle
Self-confidence their style
No longer their bodies
Worth more than their minds
You’ll find them in board rooms
You’ll find them at home
You’ll find that their making
Purpose lives of their own
Each one of them worthy
Each one of them kind
Each one tackling causes
Solutions to find
