Looking at horizon before her
Observing the landscape
Realising it won't be easy
She charters her course
Excitement mounting
Trepidation sets in
She is ready
The road ahead takes her closer to her dreams
Every path she chooses is hers alone
She knows there may be obstacles
She knows there may be times when she must rest
Aware to that she can overcome, readjust her wings and follow uncharted territory

As she begins her journey in earnest
A sense of adventure starts to course her veins
Fear and determination in equal measures
She sets off with all that she has
For she has all she needs to begin
She is ready
Stepping into the unknown
Willingly trusting that she will be guided
She is overwhelmed with the beauty
Overcome with joy
Her heart cracks open
Allowing even more room for love
She has never been so ready
Powered by what she has opened herself to receive
The birds sing sweeter
The flowers so colourful
The wind whispers to her
Gently pushing her in the right direction
She is ready for more
As she climbs her mountain
Stopping every now and then to gain respite and check her progress
She looks back and sees how far she has come
She takes nourishment
She is nearly there
She is so glad she begun
Finally she reaches her peak
The awe and wonder
The sense of achievement
Accomplishment
Peace
Happiness
She sits and breathes
Taking it all in
Looking again at the horizon
Filled with purity
She reflects on where she has come from
What she has been through
And the reality of how high she has risen
Seduces her heart to be filled with dreams once again
She chooses her next peak
