The Art Of Visualisation

Do you use The Art of Visualisation? I used to think everyone did when I was younger. I used Visualisation all of my life to get everything that I every wanted.

I used to dream of getting something and I used to get it.
I used to dream of going somewhere and I used to go.
I used to dream of doing something and I used to do it.
I used to dream and dream and dream.
In fact, until I was 29 years old, my life pretty much flowed. I achieved everything I set out to achieve, I used to get jobs that I knew were mine, I had been in a wonderful band, ran a successful music studio in London and was about to have a miracle baby that I had been told I would never conceive naturally.
It was when my dreams ran out (all except my Pension Plan but that is another story!) that I got sick and my life fell around me bit by bit and my world came crashing down.
Although my years of disability were incredibly scary (I had a brain tumour and osteomyelitis which is disease of the bone) I did hold onto one part of The Art of Visualisation very fiercely and that was positivity and that was the secret key that unlocked my lost Art of Visualisation.
That positivity led to determination and that determination led to taking action and when I reflected on how I used to always get what I wanted, I realised that I always worked better with something to look forward to.
So I began to think about what it was that I wanted again - I gave myself permission to dream, to vision, to be really honest.
Having a really honest desire is one the most motivating drivers you can ever have.
When you allow yourself to get clarity on what you want and really feel into your desires, it seems to form a lock into your DNA and becomes attainable.
Think of all the inventors in the world, the visionaries, the creators and the inspiring leaders.
Most of them had to start with their imagination, their dreams and their innovations. Then they added a huge smattering of belief in themselves and their dreams and then they did the work that was required and never ever, gave up.
So if you have every struggled with Visualisation let me give you simple steps to follow in order for you to get this proven Art used by many of the most successful people throughout history.
Think of visualisation as your own fairy story. You are in the starring role and you have the magic to write and direct your own life exactly as you want it.
- You have to be positive (whatever your thoughts are they have power - make them positive)
- You have to dream (think honestly about you want and imagine it happening already - include the feelings, emotions and energy)
- You have to believe (in yourself and the dream - if doubt creeps in show it the door)
- You have to action (this is where most people think the Law of Attraction takes over - to live the dream you have to enjoy the work!)
This is why I think purpose is so important.
I really think that if we all love what we do and how we are living the world will automatically be a better place, don't you think?
If you are struggling to visualise what you want and would like to join a community of like-minded women who do want it all and to make the world a better place, why don't you join me in the next live cycle of The A Woman On Purpose Foundation.
Some of the miracles that I have personally manifested through this are;
- my brain growing an extra thick lining to protect itself and stun doctors
- having a baby after being told I wouldn't
- getting a house 3 days after releasing it to the powers that be
- having multiple 6 six figures in the bank
- influencing and inspiring women around the world
Would you like to be a part of the new generation of women who believe so fiercely in themselves and the abundant world we live in?
