Life is likened to a spiral. Cyclical, eternal with infinite possibilities. We can choose to stay as we are or we can choose to expand, either way life goes on. It is the nature of the universe, the Golden Mean. Only when you accept this can you fully love yourself and therefore have true compassion for others. For there is no difference in our humanity. We can be spiritual and human. That means being vulnerable to our truth, enough to know ourselves so well that nothing can break our boundaries or core values. Accepting yourself and the period of I am that you are in (this may last an hour, or a day or a lifetime) is a solid foundation for success. You will know your deepest desires, you will not be swayed by external circumstances and this will make you stronger. I wish you great happiness, joy and peace.
